metaphor is a Revenue Architecture firm for growth-stage B2B SaaS companies.

We design and build connected revenue infrastructure across Growth Architecture, Demand Generation Infrastructure, Deal Acceleration Systems, and Revenue Operations. Our work is Human-led and AI-augmented. AI may support research, pattern recognition, analysis, and execution speed, but human strategists own judgment, direction, and accountability.

No guaranteed revenue outcome

metaphor designs systems intended to improve revenue clarity, repeatability, measurement, and execution quality. However, revenue outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

These may include market conditions, product maturity, pricing, sales execution, data quality, leadership decisions, hiring, customer behavior, competitive pressure, funding environment, and client-side implementation.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, ARR, pipeline, CAC, sales cycle, win rate, fundraising, valuation, customer acquisition, retention, or expansion outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Client responsibilities

For an engagement to be effective, clients must provide timely access, accurate context, internal ownership, and decision-making support.

This may include:

• Accurate business, revenue, CRM, campaign, sales, customer, and product information.
• Access to relevant tools, dashboards, documents, reports, and stakeholders.
• Timely feedback, approvals, and clarifications.
• Clear communication of constraints, risks, and commercial priorities.
• Confirmation that shared data may be used for the agreed engagement purpose.
• Internal ownership for implementation decisions and adoption.

If required information, access, approvals, or stakeholder availability are delayed, project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes may be affected.

Proposals, fees, payments, and taxes

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, billing milestones, retainers, refund terms, cancellation terms, and commercial conditions will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, order form, statement of work, or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

metaphor reserves the right to revise pricing, service structure, and commercial terms at any time. Changes will not affect an active signed engagement unless mutually agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

All website content, frameworks, copy, designs, diagrams, documents, reports, templates, processes, methodologies, service architecture, diagnostic models, Revenue Architecture language, AI-assisted workflows, and other materials created by metaphor are owned by Metaphor Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For client engagements, ownership and usage rights for specific deliverables will be governed by the relevant signed agreement. Each party agrees to use confidential information only for the intended business purpose and to protect it with reasonable care.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, already known without restriction, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.

AI-assisted work

metaphor may use AI tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to support research, analysis, content structuring, pattern detection, reporting, documentation, and implementation.

AI is used as infrastructure leverage, not as a replacement for human judgment. Strategic direction, client interpretation, final recommendations, and engagement accountability remain human-led.

Where client data is used in AI-assisted workflows, we will use reasonable safeguards and apply the terms agreed in the relevant engagement. Third-party AI tools and software platforms may be subject to their own terms, security standards, and data processing practices.

Clients should not provide sensitive personal data, regulated data, or highly confidential information unless it is necessary for the engagement and appropriate safeguards have been agreed.
